The Building Permits Management Information System (BPMIS) is an online system that automates building permitting services in Rwanda.

The project involved requirements gathering and analysis, design, upgrade, testing, configuration and customization, integration, deployment, training and support of the Construction Permitting System in the City of Kigali (CoK) and replicating the same to the secondary cities of Musanze,
Rubavu, Muhanga, Rusizi, Huye and Nyagatare.

The system allows for the online application for building, extension, demolition, refurbishment, change of use and occupation permits through online submissions to district one stop centers in Rwanda.
